You're not sure which login method you've used for Wyze.
Sometimes, you can't log in to your account simply because you forgot how you log in 🤦♀️. With so many methods (email and password, Google Sign In, Apple Sign in, etc.) it's easy to lose track of which one to use.
If you're unable to log into the Wyze app because you either forgot or are unsure of which login method you've used, you're in the right place.
To figure out your login method:
- Search your inbox for any emails from Wyze to help figure out which email address you use for Wyze. You may need to check your spam and junk folders.
- Then reset the password to your Wyze account by following the steps here.
If your email address ends with @appleid.com or you are using Apple ID to log in, we recommend trying these steps to reset your Apple ID. If you're still having issues, you must reach out to Apple to reset your Apple ID.
Additional Notes:
- If you've used a 3rd-party login method and selected to Hide My Email, but you've tried to log in using your standard email address, resetting your password will not work. You must reach out to the 3rd-party for assistance.
- Example: If you used example@gmail.com as your Apple ID login method and chose the “Hide My Email” option, Apple will convert your email address into example@appleid.com which won't work for logging in. If you've forgot your login and tried a reset using your actual email address, example@gmail.com, the reset may end up failing or a new account might be created with no devices associated with it since all of your devices will still be associated with example@appleid.com.
