How do I reset my password?

Can't sign in to Wyze? Follow the steps below to reset your Wyze password.

To reset your password in the Wyze app:

If you are already logged in:

  1. Navigate to the Account tab.
  2. Tap Account > Change Password.
  3. Enter your current (old) password.
  4. Enter your new password, and enter it again to confirm.
    1. Note the minimum requirements for your password.
  5. Tap Save.

If your forgot your password for the Wyze app:

  1. On the launch screen of your app, tap Get Started.
  2. On the wyze.com/login screen, tap Forgot password?
  3. Enter your Wyze account email address and tap Continue. A reset password link will be sent to the email address you entered, as long as we have it in our database.
  4. Leave the app and go to your email inbox.
  5. Open the email and click Reset Your Password.
  6. Enter your new password and tap Set Password.
  7. Return to the Wyze app and log in using your new password.

To reset your password on wyze.com:

  1. Go to wyze.com/login.
  2. Click Forgot password?.
  3. Enter your Wyze account email address and click Continue. A reset password link will be sent to the email address you entered, as long as we have it in our database.
  4. Open the email and click Reset Your Password.

  6. You're all set! Close the window and log in using your new password.

Important: Once you reset your password, you will be logged out of all active sessions. Third-party services such as Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant will need to be set up again in the Wyze app.
