Can't sign in to Wyze? Follow the steps below to reset your Wyze password.
To reset your password in the Wyze app:
If you are already logged in:
- Navigate to the Account tab.
- Tap Account > Change Password.
- Enter your current (old) password.
- Enter your new password, and enter it again to confirm.
- Note the minimum requirements for your password.
- Tap Save.

If you forgot your password for the Wyze app:
- On the launch screen of your app, tap Get Started.
- On the wyze.com/login screen, tap Forgot password?
- Enter your Wyze account email address and tap Continue. A reset password link will be sent to the email address you entered, as long as we have it in our database.
- Leave the app and go to your email inbox.
- Open the email and click Reset Your Password.
- Enter your new password and tap Set Password.
- Return to the Wyze app and log in using your new password.
To reset your password on wyze.com:
- Go toΒ wyze.com/login.
- Click Forgot password?.
- Enter your Wyze account email address and click Continue. A reset password link will be sent to the email address you entered, as long as we have it in our database.
- Open the email and click Reset Your Password.
- Enter your new password and click Set Password.
- You're all set! Close the window and log in using your new password.
Important: Once you reset your password, you will be logged out of all active sessions. Third-party services such as Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant will need to be set up again in the Wyze app.
