How do I create a Wyze account?

A Wyze account lets you use the Wyze app, subscribe to Wyze Services, and manage your profile. Create a Wyze account at wyze.com or in the Wyze app. 

On wyze.com:

1. Visit our Create an account page.
   
2. Enter the email address you want to use for your account. Click Continue.
3. In your email, Click to set password.
4. Enter a password for your account. Click Set Password.
   • Your password should be a minimum of 10 characters, include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a special character (!A#$,), and it should not contain sequences (ABCD or 1234) or spaces.
5. You're all set! Return to wyze.com to sign in to your account.

In the Wyze app:

1. Open the Wyze app and tap Get Started.
2. You'll be brought to wyze.com. Tap Create an account.
3. Sign up via email, or with your Google account or AppleID.
   • Email:
     1. Enter the email address you want to use for your account. Tap Continue.
     2. You must agree to the Terms of Service & Privacy Statements.
   • Google or Apple:
     • Tap the Google or Applelogo and follow the prompts to sign in.
4. Check your email to verify your email and complete sign up.
5. Email Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is automatically enabled for the next time you sign in to the app.
   • Tap Edit Security Preferences to adjust your 2FA preferences or tap Got It, Keep Email 2FA.
   • Notes:
     • The next time you sign in to the Wyze app, you will receive an email with a 6-digit verification code.
     • If you’re using a third-party account, such as Google Sign-In, to sign in to your Wyze app, then you will not be required to use 2FA through the Wyze app.
