Using Passkeys in the Wyze App

Set up a 🔑 passkey to use your fingerprint, Face ID, or PIN to quickly and securely sign into Wyze, no password needed. Learn more about passkeys on iOS and Android.

To set up a Passkey in the Wyze app:

  1. In the Wyze app, tap Account > Account then Passkeys.
  2. Tap the + plus sign.
  3. You'll be redirected to auth.wyze.com to set up your passkey.
  4. Tap Setup Passkey.
  5. Your phone will display your passkey options, like Face ID on iOS. 
    • You can also choose other options from this menu, depending on your device and operating system.
  6. Sign in with your preferred method. You'll be brought back to the Wyze app.
  7. That's it! Your passkey is set up.
