Can't sign in to Wyze? Follow the steps below to reset your account password.
On the Wyze website:
- Click Log In at the upper right corner of wyze.com.
- On the Sign In page, click Forgot your password?.
- Enter your Wyze account email address and click Retrieve Password.
- In another browser tab, check your email for the verification code to reset your password.
- Didn't receive the email? Check your junk folder.
- Copy the code and return to the verification page.
- In the Verification Code field, paste the code.
- In the Enter New Password and Confirm New Password fields, type the new password you want to use with your account.
- Your Wyze account password must be a minimum of eight characters long.
- Click Set a New Password to complete the password reset.
On the Wyze app:
- Open the Wyze app and tap Forgot password?.
- Enter your Wyze account email address and tap Send Verification Code.
- Check your email for the verification code.
- Didn't receive the email? Check your junk folder.
- Copy the verification code in the email and return to the Wyze app.
- In the Verification Code field, paste the verification code you receive in your email.
- In the Enter New Password and Confirm New Password fields, type the new password you want to use with your account.
- Your Wyze account password must be a minimum of ten (10) characters long.
- Tap Done to complete the password reset.
