How do I reset my password?

Can't sign in to Wyze? Follow the steps below to reset your account password.

On the Wyze website:

  1. Click Log In at the upper right corner of wyze.com.
  2. On the Sign In page, click Forgot your password?.
  3. Enter your Wyze account email address and click Retrieve Password.
  4. In another browser tab, check your email for the verification code to reset your password. 
    • Didn't receive the email? Check your junk folder.
  5. Copy the code and return to the verification page.
  6. In the Verification Code field, paste the code.
  7. In the Enter New Password and Confirm New Password fields, type the new password you want to use with your account.
    • Your Wyze account password must be a minimum of eight characters long.
  8. Click Set a New Password to complete the password reset.

On the Wyze app:

  1. Open the Wyze app and tap Forgot password?.
  2. Enter your Wyze account email address and tap Send Verification Code.
  3. Check your email for the verification code.
    • Didn't receive the email? Check your junk folder.
  4. Copy the verification code in the email and return to the Wyze app.
  5. In the Verification Code field, paste the verification code you receive in your email.
  6. In the Enter New Password and Confirm New Password fields, type the new password you want to use with your account.
    • Your Wyze account password must be a minimum of ten (10) characters long.
  7. Tap Done to complete the password reset.
