How to submit a return to Wyze

Here's how to return an item purchased directly from Wyze! For purchases made through Wyze' authorized resellers and distributors, please refer to their respective return policies.

To submit a return to Wyze:

  1. Visit
  2. Enter your Order Number.
    • Find this on your order confirmation/receipt, sent via email.
  3. Enter your Email address.
    • Use the email attached to your Wyze account.
  4. Click or tap Find My Order.
  5. Select the device(s) you would like to return.
  6. Select a reason for the return.
    • Include additional comments if needed.
  7. Click or tap Continue, then Next on the following screen.
  8. Follow the on-screen prompts for your return and refund options.
  9. Be sure to click or tap Submit My Return.

Please note that returns can be rejected if this process is not followed or if the product is not eligible for return.
