How to submit a return to Wyze

Here's how to return an item purchased directly from Wyze! For purchases made through Wyze' authorized resellers and distributors, please refer to their respective return policies.

To submit a return to Wyze:

  1. Visit one of the following:
  2. Enter your Order Number.
    • Find this on your order confirmation/receipt, sent via email.
  3. Enter your Email address.
    • Use the email attached to your Wyze account.
  4. Click or tap Sign in.
  5. Select your refund method.
  6. Select the device(s) you would like to return.
  7. Select a reason for the return.
  8. Click or tap Proceed, then Submit on the pop-up if this appears. If a shipping fee is required for the return you will be directed to a new page where you will hit Proceed again then Submit on the pop-up.
  9. Download the label. If you do not download the label initially a copy will be sent to the email address provided for the order.

Please note that returns can be rejected if this process is not followed or if the product is not eligible for return.
