It is important to keep your camera’s firmware up to date so that it can function properly and enable new features as they are released.
To update your Wyze Cam v3 firmware:
- In the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Cam v3, then the settings gear.
- In your v3 Settings, tap Device Info > Upgrade.
- Don't see Upgrade? Then your firmware is already up to date!
Another option, go to Account > Firmware Upgrade. Here you will be able to see if you have the newest version. You also have the option to Upgrade All if a new firmware version is available.
