My Wyze Cam v3's live stream image quality is poor.

Problem

Your Wyze Cam v3's live stream is blurry, grainy, tinted, or isn't showing the way you expect it to. 

Troubleshooting

  1. Refresh your Night Vision settings.
    1. Navigate to the camera’s settings > Advanced Settings.   
    2. Under Night Vision Mode, cycle between OnOff, and Auto.   
  2. Make sure your firmware is up to date.
    1. You can check this by going to the Account tab > Firmware Update.  
    2. If there is an update available for the camera, please move forward with updating it. 

For blurry images, off-color images (purple/blue/green/etc.), fully tinted images, or partially tinted images that are unaffected by the above troubleshooting steps, take a screenshot and send it to our Wyze Wizards for additional support.
