Problem
Your Wyze Cam v3's live stream is blurry, grainy, tinted, or isn't showing the way you expect it to.
Troubleshooting
- Refresh your Night Vision settings.
- In the Wyze app, tap on your camera and let the live stream completely connect.
- Tap to cycle through the Night Vision settings Auto, On, and Off.
- Make sure your firmware is up to date.
- In the Wyze app, tap Account > Firmware Upgrade. Check if you have the latest version, or if you have the option to Upgrade.
- In the Wyze app, tap Account > Firmware Upgrade. Check if you have the latest version, or if you have the option to Upgrade.
For blurry images, off-color images (purple/blue/green/etc.), fully tinted images, or partially tinted images that are unaffected by the above troubleshooting steps, take a screenshot and send it to our Wyze Wizards for additional support.
