My Wyze Cam v3's live stream image quality is poor.


Your Wyze Cam v3's live stream is blurry, grainy, tinted, or isn't showing the way you expect it to. 


  1. Refresh your Night Vision settings.
    • In the Wyze app, tap on your camera and let the live stream completely connect.
    • Tap to cycle through the Night Vision settings AutoNVAuto.png, OnNVOn.png, and OffNVOff.png.
  2. Make sure your firmware is up to date.
    • In the Wyze app, tap Account > Firmware Upgrade. Check if you have the latest version, or if you have the option to Upgrade.

For blurry images, off-color images (purple/blue/green/etc.), fully tinted images, or partially tinted images that are unaffected by the above troubleshooting steps, take a screenshot and send it to our Wyze Wizards for additional support.
