Problem
Your Wyze Duo Cam Pan won’t power on or doesn’t have a status light.
Troubleshooting
- Make sure that the camera is powered using the power cable and adapter that came with the camera.
- Ensure the power cable is inserted correctly and securely into the camera.
- Wyze Duo Cam Pan uses a USB-C power cable.
- Wyze Duo Cam Pan’s power port is on the back of the bottom camera.
- Press and hold the setup button until you hear “ready to connect”.
- Try plugging the camera into a different power outlet.
- If the camera still does not power on, try another power cable or adapter to determine if the cable or adapter is defective.
