Problem
Wyze Cam Pan v4’s status light is solid red and will not change.
Troubleshooting
Make sure that the camera is being powered using the power cable and adapter that came with the camera.
If using the original power cable and adapter, try another power cable and adapter if possible.
Power cycle Wyze Cam Pan v4.
Unplug the camera from its power source for 5-10 seconds, then plug it back in.
Try plugging the camera into a different power outlet.
Factory reset the camera and then set it up as new.
Remove any microSD card that is inserted into the camera.
With the camera powered on, press and hold the setup button on the bottom of the camera for 10-20 seconds until the status light on the front of the camera turns solid red.
Once the status light starts flashing red, set up the camera as new.
