If possible, check that your Wyze Cam Pan v4’s firmware is up to date.
You can check this by going to the Account tab > Firmware Update.

Tap to turn it off/on.
The icon will be green when turned on.
-
Disable any Detection Zone.

-
Calibrate the camera.
In the camera’s settings, tap Pan Controls.
Next to Calibrate Position, tap Calibrate.

Remove any existing Waypoints, and add them back one at a time, testing between each one.
Note: The Home Waypoint cannot be deleted, but can be updated to change its position.
