Wyze Palm Lock offers a new feature that allows you to easily change the Wi-Fi network that it is connected to – without having to walk through the entire setup process!
To update the Wi-Fi network for your Wyze Palm Lock:
- Navigate to Wyze Palm Lock’s settings.
- Tap Device Info > Network.
- Remove the battery cover from the lock’s interior assembly.
- Press the reset button three times quickly.
- The reset button must be pressed 3 times within 3 seconds.
- The status light will pulse red.
- In the app, check the box next to I heard, "Ready to connect”, then tap Next.
- The app will automatically begin searching for and pairing with your Wyze Palm Lock.
- Select your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and enter your network password. Tap Next.
- Tap the icon in the password field to display the password to ensure it was entered correctly.
- You’re all set! If successful, you’ll receive a “Wi-Fi Network updated.” message.
Notes:
- Bluetooth® must be enabled for the Wyze app in order to use this feature.
- Wyze Palm Lock is only compatible with 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks.
