The dual-battery system ensures that when the Main battery is removed and being charged, the Backup battery keeps your Wyze Palm Lock working normally. If the main battery is removed and not reinstalled within 24 hours, you'll receive a push notification to do so. Once the main battery is reinstalled, it will automatically re-charge the backup battery.
