There are 5 ways to unlock Wyze Palm Lock:

Palm Scan
The primary unlock method for Wyze Palm Lock is by scanning your palm.
Hold your palm 3-7 inches from the touchscreen. The hand icon will display, and the door will unlock automatically if the palm detected is matched with a stored palm.
To set up Palm Scan in the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Palm Lock > Settings gear. Tap Access and Sharing, then the user you want to add a palm for. Follow along in the app to add a left or right palm.
Access Code
Wyze Palm Lock has a touchscreen with a keypad that will light up when a person is detected, or when the screen is tapped. You can use the touchscreen to enter an access code and unlock the door.
To set up an Access Code in the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Palm Lock > Settings gear. Tap Access and Sharing, then the user you want to add an access code for, then Access Code. Follow along in the app
Wyze App
The Wyze app lets you control your Wyze Palm Lock from anywhere, so you can unlock it from anywhere, too.
In the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Palm Lock and tap the Locked lock icon.
Integrations
Wyze Palm Lock is connected to Wi-Fi, which means you can use your smart assistants like Alexa or Google Assistant to unlock your door. Simply command it to lock.

Physical Keys
Wyze Palm Lock comes with two physical keys so you can unlock the door the old fashioned way.
