You'll find the status light on the front of your Wyze Battery Video Doorbell, around the doorbell button. No light? Make sure it's properly charged or hardwired.

Wyze Battery Video Doorbell Status Lights: During Installation
- Solid red – The doorbell is powered on and initializing.
- Flashing red – The doorbell is ready to connect.
- Flashing red and blue – Connection is in progress.
- Solid blue – The doorbell is connected.
Wyze Battery Video Doorbell Status Lights: After Setup
- Solid blue for 6s (Battery Power) – The live stream is being viewed.
- Solid red for 6s (Battery Power) – The live stream is being viewed, but the battery is low.
- Flashing blue – The firmware is being updated.
- Solid blue turns off after 6s (Battery Power) – Firmware upgraded successfully.
- Pulsing blue (Battery Power) – The doorbell button was pressed, or the doorbell was triggered by motion.
- Solid blue (AC Power) – The device is working properly, and no operations are running.
Wyze Battery Video Doorbell Charging Indicator Lights:
- Solid red – The doorbell is charging.
- Solid blue – Charging is complete.
Note: The charging indicator light is located on the back of the doorbell behind the “5V/2A” rubber cover, to the left of the charging port.
