Problem:
Your Wyze Cam Pan v2 shows an offline symbol 
in your device list. But you can still tap and view the live stream.
Troubleshooting Steps:
- Power cycle your camera.
- Unplug the camera from its power source.
- Wait 5-10 seconds.
- Plug the camera back into power and allow it reinitialize.
- You should see the
symbol next to the camera in the app.
- Next, update your Wyze Cam Pan v2 firmware.
- In the Wyze app, tap Account > Firmware Upgrade to see if you have the option to upgrade your camera. If not, you're all set.
