No, it is IP65 weather resistant. 

Wyze Cam Floodlight is not completely waterproof - it won't work underwater! But it is both IP65 weather resistant and UL Listed for Wet Locations. This means it'll keep doing it's job in sunshine, snow, or a total downpour.
