To factory reset Wyze Indoor Cam Pan:
- Remove any microSD card that is inserted into the camera.
- With the camera powered on, manually adjust the camera lens so that it is pointing up.
- Below the camera lens, press and hold the setup button for 10 seconds until the status light on the front of the camera turns solid red.
- Once the status light starts flashing red, set up the camera as new.
When your camera is factory reset:
- The device settings and previous Wi-Fi/setup state are cleared.
- The current firmware version remains intact.
- The camera must be set up as a new device before it can be used again.
