Why won't my history update?

  • Make sure you are within Bluetooth-range of Wyze Lock Bolt.
  • Try going back to the Wyze app home page, then re-enter the Wyze Lock Bolt page and wait for 1-2 minutes. 
  • Sometimes, the history takes a few minutes to update and may take a few tries if the connection is slow. 
  • You can also clear any other apps or devices using Bluetooth if you have a lot of Bluetooth devices connected.
