To add Cloud 60 to a camera in the Wyze app:
Make sure the camera already has an active Cam Plus or Cam Unlimited plan. Cloud 60 can't be purchased on its own — it requires an eligible base plan.
Open the Wyze app.
Go to Account > Services.
Select Cloud 60.
Select the eligible camera(s).
Complete your purchase.
Once purchased, 60-day storage turns on automatically for that camera. You don't need to change any other settings.
Additional Notes:
Cloud 60 can't be applied retroactively — it won't restore events older than 14 days that have already expired.
If your account has mixed or multiple plans, the app may direct you to my.wyze.com for easier management.
