My Wyze Room Sensor is not turning on.

Problem

Your Wyze Room Sensor is not turning on. It has no power, and the display is blank.

Troubleshooting

  1. Remove and reinsert the batteries.
    • When reinserting the batteries, making sure that they are in tight contact with the battery holder.
  2. Replace the batteries.
    • Wyze Room Sensor uses 2x AAA alkaline batteries.
