Problem
You do not have the option to start setup in the Wyze app after purchasing Cam Protect.
Troubleshooting
- Make sure your Wyze app is up to date.
- Make sure the Cam Protect subscription is active and assigned to a camera.
- In the Wyze app, go to Account > Services > Cam Protect. Make sure your camera is shown.
- Clear the app cache.
- Go to Account> App Settings > Cache Files> Clear.
- Sign out, then sign back into the Wyze app.
Note: If you currently have an active Wyze Home Monitoring subscription, Cam Protect cannot be used on the same account.
