If you have Cam Plus Lite assigned to a compatible camera, and Person Detection isn't actually detecting, give these troubleshooting steps a try:
If Person Detection doesn't work:
- Check your app and firmware versions. Release Notes & Firmware
- Make sure Motion Detection is turned on for your camera.
- Check your Wyze Cam placement with the tips in this article.
If those settings and your camera placement are OK but you're still having issues, submit a log from your device. You will not be contacted by Wyze Support, but the log will go to our engineers.
