How do I turn on videos for Cam Plus Lite?

You don't have to - they're already on.

If you've signed up for Cam Plus Lite and assigned your cameras then you shouldn't have to do anything further to receive Event videos (12-second video clips).

However, if you do not have Cam Plus Lite (or Cam Plus, or Cam Protect) you will only receive thumbnail images when you have Event Detection enabled.

Troubleshooting: I have Cam Plus Lite assigned, but still no videos!

You may need to factory reset your camera to clear your subscriptions and try again.

  1. Factory reset your Wyze Cam.
    1. Remove your microSD (if you have one). While plugged into power, press the SETUP button on the bottom of the camera for 10 seconds.

  2. Reassign Cam Plus Lite to your camera.
