Problem
You are unable to set up your Wyze Scale X. The setup process fails in the Wyze app.
Troubleshooting

Confirm the Wyze app is up to date.

Check that location permissions are enabled for the Wyze app.

Force close the Wyze app.

Make sure BluetoothⓇ permissions are turned on and are enabled for the Wyze app.

Toggle Bluetooth off, then back on.

Power cycle the scale by removing and reinstalling the batteries.

Power cycle your phone by turning it off, then turning it back on.

Factory reset the scale.

Send a log from the Wyze app.

On the back of the scale, find the UNIT button under the battery cover. To factory reset the scale, press and hold it for 3 seconds until the LED display shows "Clr".

Set up the scale as new.
