My Wyze Scale X is not turning on.

Problem

The display doesn't turn on when you step on your Wyze Scale X. 

Troubleshooting

  1. Double-check the battery compartment.
    1. Was the plastic strip completely removed during setup?
    2. Are 4 x 1.5V AAA batteries installed?

  2. Check the Wyze app for the battery level.

    • If low, replace the batteries.
