My Wyze Scale X is not pairing to the app.

Problem

Wyze Scale X turns on and measures weight, but does not display the BluetoothⓇ symbol or other measurements in the Wyze app.

Troubleshooting

  1. Check if your scale has been connected or is currently connected to another device.

    • Wyze Scale X can only be paired with one device at a time.

  2. Ensure the Wyze app is up to date.

  3. Confirm your Wyze Scale X firmware is up to date.

  4. Force close the Wyze app, then re-open it.

  5. Toggle Bluetooth off, then back on.

  6. Turn your mobile device off, then back on.

  7. Power cycle the scale by removing and reinserting the batteries.

After trying the steps above, open your Wyze Scale X again in the Wyze app. Then step on the scale to activate it. If “Connected” displays on the app and the Bluetooth symbol appears in the upper-left corner, then you're all set!
