Yes, you need a Wyze Outdoor Power Adapter v2.

While Wyze Cam Pan v3 is IP65-rated and can be used both indoors and outdoors, it does require a Wyze Outdoor Power Adapter v2 for use outside. You'll also need to cover the SD card to avoid water damage.
