How to limit false alerts or detections.

Mount it in the best location and adjust the detection settings.

You’re already halfway there with Wyze Battery Cam Pro! Radar and PIR technology work together to provide precise detection so you can feel confident in every alert you receive.

The PIR sensor uses passive infrared technology to detect changes in temperature while radar technology detects the distance of objects in front of the camera to provide precise information about detected motion to reduce unwanted alerts.

Note: The camera lens, PIR sensor, and radar sensor must be oriented properly for features like Person Detection (Cam Plus required) and Motion Detection to work properly. For proper mounting, check out our Wyze Battery Cam Pro Mounting Guide.
