We take customer data privacy very seriously. During the review and refurbishment process, all data is wiped from devices using a secure process. Before trading in your device, we recommend removing any storage devices such as microSD cards from your product. During the review and refurbishment processes, if we find any storage devices, we use a secure data-wipe process to remove any information before disposing of the device.
