Is the offered trade-in value guaranteed?

The trade-in value is not guaranteed until we receive and inspect your item(s). If your item qualifies for refurbishment, then you will receive the value offered. If your product is determined to be incapable of being refurbished, a credit will not be issued. But our team will let you know via email either way once the review is complete.
