- Type "Contact support" or "Contact agent" in the search bar. Click or tap the result.
- Tap "Yes, that's correct" to confirm that you're trying to reach a support agent.
- Tap "No, I want an agent" to confirm that you want a support agent.
- Choose if this is about a Product, Subscription, or an Order.
- Select the type of product, subscription or order inquiry.
- Select if you want to Chat 💬 , Talk 📞 , or Create a Ticket ✏️ .
- Fill out the contact form before launching a chat, calling us (US & Canada only), or submitting a ticket.
- If you select "Talk with an agent," you'll be asked if you're in the US or Canada*.
- If you select Create Ticket, fill out the form with detail before clicking Submit.
