How do I contact Wyze Support?

You can get in touch with Wyze Support by using our handy AI search tool right here in our help center! Type in "contact support" and you'll be able to reach us via email, chat, or phone.

⚡️ Shortcut: In the search box, enter "Contact Support" and follow the prompts.

Live Support Hours: 6:00 am - 6:00 pm PT Monday-Friday, and 8 am - 4pm PT Saturday-Sunday.

To contact Wyze Support:

  1. Go to the Home page of our Help Center.
  2. Type "Contact support" or "Contact agent" in the search bar. Click or tap the result.

  3. Tap "Yes, that's correct" to confirm that you're trying to reach a support agent.

  4. Tap "No, I want an agent" to confirm that you want a support agent.

  5. Choose if this is about a Product, Subscription, or an Order.

  6. Select the type of product, subscription or order inquiry.

  7. Select if you want to Chat 💬 , Talk 📞 , or Create a Ticket ✏️ .

  8. Fill out the contact form before launching a chat, calling us (US & Canada only), or submitting a ticket.

    • If you select "Talk with an agent," you'll be asked if you're in the US or Canada*.

    • If you select Create Ticket, fill out the form with detail before clicking Submit.
