You can change the email address for your Wyze account in the Wyze app.
To change your email address:
- In the Wyze app, navigate to the Account tab > tap Account.
- Tap Email.
- Enter your new email address and your current Wyze account password.
- Tap Change Email.
Once you change your email, you will:
- Lose access to your Wyze Services such as Cam Plus or Wyze Home Monitoring, and lose your order history.
- Need to sign in with your new email address on all devices.
- Be signed out of linked third-party integrations such as Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant.
⚠️ Do you have any Wyze Services like Cam Plus?
- You must cancel your services with your old email address, then sign up again with your new email address. If you lose access to your old email address, we cannot restore your plan or update your email address for you. We cannot restore your subscriptions to a new email address.
- We will only honor a prorated refund for cancelled services if you purchased via wyze.com. If you purchased via a third party, you may not receive a refund from that third party.
⚠️ Do you use a 3rd-party to log in to Wyze?
If you use an alternate login method, like Google or Apple Sign in, you cannot change your email address in the Wyze app. Because your email address is tied to that third party, it cannot be changed within the Wyze app.
