Can I use Wyze Duo Cam Doorbell with my old back plate?

You have a different Wyze doorbell (Wyze Video Doorbell v1/v2 or Wyze Video Doorbell Pro). You want to know if you can swap out your existing doorbell, and mount your new Wyze Duo Cam Doorbell to the same back plate.

Answer: No, Wyze Duo Cam Doorbell is bigger than all other Wyze doorbells, and so is the back plate. Use the included installation kit to mount your new doorbell.
