Shipping Policy

Shipping carriers are experiencing network-wide delays, and the shipping projections on this page are estimations. Shipping may be delayed due to the ongoing pandemic and increased volumes due to the holidays.

Shipping Policy

It may take anywhere between 2-5 business days for your package to ship, and 10-14 business days for your package to arrive. Your shipping date may vary based on the date you placed your order (ex. if placed after the preorder date, the expected ship date may be later).

We currently recognize all bank holidays and therefore are closed on those days. Holidays are not considered a business day**.

Shipping Methods

Currently, our shipping methods are as follows:

  • USPS First Class 
  • FedEx SmartPost 
  • FedEx Ground

Shipping estimate: It may take anywhere between 2-5 business days for your package to ship, and 10-14 business days for your package to arrive. Your shipping date may vary based on the date you placed your order (ex. if placed after the preorder date, the expected ship date may be later).

Delivery estimate: Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, the availability of your items, and the time of day you place your order. Shipping rates are based on weight, the number of Wyze products ordered, and your selected delivery address. Shipping rates are displayed during the checkout process. We do not offer the ability to select a shipping option for your order. We also do not currently offer any expedited shipping options. 

For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, it may take longer to arrive.

Track Your Order

To check your order status, log in to your account. In My Orders select View on the items you would like to track. This will take you to the order details where you can now select Track your order.

Incorrect Address

Please verify your address when ordering, we are unable to fix an incorrect shipping address on an order once it is in transit. If your order is in transit with an incorrect address, please reach out to your carrier to reroute the package. Wyze is not able to have packages rerouted or contact the carrier on your behalf.

Refunds will not be issued for packages that were shipped to an incorrect address, but it may be possible for a replacement package to be sent. Please contact our support team to see if you are eligible.

International Shipping

Shipping is only available within the United States and Canada (ca.wyze.com). We are not able to ship to other U.S. territories and military bases at this time. If you are based in a US territory or military base, you can purchase Wyze products on Amazon.com and they should be available to ship to you directly. We hope to expand outside the US, Puerto Rico and Canada in the future, but we don’t have a timeline for when that will be available.

*Definition of weekends: Wyze Labs Inc’s definition of weekends are Saturday and Sundays. **Definition of business days: Wyze Labs Inc’s definition of business days are Monday through Friday, not including Saturdays, Sundays, or bank holidays.
