Sleep Routines

Wake up or fall asleep to custom lighting routines that gradually illuminate or darken with time. It’s like having your own personal sunrise and sunset.

To create a Sleep Routine:

  1. In the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Bulb Color.
  2. Tap the Settings gear, then Sleep Routines.
  3. Tap the toggle next to Wake Up.
    • Duration is how long it takes the bulb to brighten to the Ending Brightness.
    • Start time is when your bulb will start to brighten.
    • Repeats is which days the routine is active.
    • Ending Brightness is how bright the bulb at the end of the routine.
    • Ending Color Temperature is how warm / cool the bulb is at the end of the routine.
  4. Tap the toggle next to Bedtime.
    • Duration is how long it takes the bulb to dim from its current state to 0% brightness.
    • Start time is when your bulb will start to dim.
    • Repeats is which days the routine is active.
