Presents as:: There is a cloud symbol with a line through it beside your camera; unable to access the Livestream; unable to change any settings
- Try powercycing your camera by unplugging for about 30 seconds and plugging it back in.
- Reboot your router.
- Try a factory reset, and attempt setup as a new device:
- Remove the SD card if there is one inserted. Hold down the setup button until the status light turns solid yellow. Once the status light begins flashing yellow, you may attempt to set up again.
