Problem
Your Wyze Cam Pan v2 is showing "Device Offline" in the app. You are unable to load the livestream or any camera settings.

Troubleshooting
- Check the status light.
- If your camera has power, and you haven't disabled this feature, the light should be on.
- Your status light will tell you the state of your camera, including its connection status.

- Check the power connection.
- You may have unplugged it, or turned off power to the outlet.
- If your camera is not plugged into power, it will be offline in the app.
- Check other connected devices.
- This helps to isolate the issue. If multiple devices are offline, including non-Wyze devices, it is likely a network issue.
- Reboot your router.
- This will re-establish a connection to all of your connected devices.
- Power cycle the camera.
- The simplest fix, will reboot and hopefully reconnect this specific camera.
- Confirm your Wyze app is up to date.
- An outdated Wyze app can result in connectivity and security issues. Always stay up to date.

- Confirm camera firmware is up to date.
- Outdated camera firmware can result in connectivity and security issues, too.
- A Wyze Cam with really outdated firmware may not be able to connect at all unless the firmware is manually flashed.
- Factory reset your device.
- The ultimate last resort. Be sure to remove your microSD card first, then reset your device to the original factory settings.
