A factory reset deletes the settings file on the camera and rolls it back to the default settings. It can also come in handy while troubleshooting to restore your device to its previous state.
To factory reset your Wyze Video Doorbell Pro and Chime Pro:
- Press and hold the button on the side of Wyze Chime Pro for 3-5 seconds until it says "Reset successfully".
- The Wi-Fi signal LED will start flashing red > solid yellow > flashing yellow.
- The device is now ready to be set up again.
