No, it only works with Wyze Chime Pro.

Wyze Video Doorbell Pro (and the original Wyze Video Doorbell) does not work with your existing mechanical chime system. Instead, it is bypassed during installation so that when you press Wyze Video Doorbell Pro, Wyze Chime Pro rings.
