To add Cloud CVR to a camera in the Wyze app:
Cloud CVR is only supported on Wyze Cam v3, Wyze Cam v3 Pro, and Wyze Cam Pan v3.
Make sure your compatible Wyze Cam (v3, v3 Pro, or Pan v3) already has an active Cam Plus, Cam Unlimited, or Cam Unlimited Pro plan. Cloud CVR can't be purchased on its own — it requires an eligible parent plan.
Open the Wyze app.
Go to Account > Services.
Select Cloud CVR.
Select an eligible camera.
Complete your purchase.
Once purchased, Cloud CVR is automatically bound to the attached camera(s) and will start continuously uploading video. You don't need to change any other settings.
Additional Notes:
Cloud CVR is not be applied retroactively — it cannot create video footage from a period before Cloud CVR was actively recording.
Cloud CVR is only supported on Wyze Cam v3, Wyze Cam v3 Pro, and Wyze Cam Pan v3.
You can view Cloud CVR recordings from the camara's page and from Multi-Cam Timeline in the Wyze app.
