How do I factory reset Wyze Video Doorbell v2?

To factory reset your Wyze Video Doorbell v2:

  1. Remove the microSD card if you have one installed in the doorbell.
  2. Press in and upwards on the doorbell to remove it from the wall plate.
  3. With the doorbell connected to power
    1. Find the SETUP button behind the camera
    2. Press the SETUP button for 15 seconds
    3. When the status light turns solid orange, release the button
  4. Once the status light start flashing orange, set up the doorbell like new.

A factory reset deletes the settings file on the camera and rolls it back to the default settings. It can also come in handy while troubleshooting to restore your device to its previous state.
