I'm not receiving Wyze Band notifications on my Android device.

Keep the Wyze app open in the background.

The Wyze app must be running in the background at all times for the Wyze Band to receive notifications (and for Alexa commands, and Shortcuts, to work). We're working on a fix for this! 

What else can I do?

While we work on a fix, submit a log so we can look into your particular issue. 

  1. In the Wyze app, go to Wyze Band > . . .  > Report an Issue. 
  2. Note the 4-digit Ticket ID number on the next page.*

If you reach out via support or on our social media channels, please include that Ticket ID number so we can follow up with you more easily.
