The Live Stream audio for your Wyze Video Doorbell is distorted, too loud or too muted.
- Refresh the Live Stream:
- In the Wyze app, tap Home to exit the doorbell's Live Stream.
- Tap your Wyze Video Doorbell in the app again to reload the stream.
- Restart the Wyze app to clear up any app bugs.
- If that doesn't help, restart the doorbell:
- Tap the Settings gear on the top right, then Restart Device.
- Open the Live Stream again.
