Poor Image Quality

Problem

The Live Stream for your Wyze Video Doorbell is blurry, grainy, or isn't showing the way you expect it.

Troubleshooting Tips:

  1. Refresh the Live Stream:
    1. In the Wyze app, tap Home to exit the doorbell's Live Stream.
    2. Tap your Wyze Video Doorbell in the app again to reload the stream.
  2. Restart the Wyze app to clear up any bugs.
  3. If that doesn't help, restart the doorbell:
    • Tap the Settings  SettingsGear__1_.png gear on the top right, then Restart Device.
    • Open the Live Stream again.
