Updating your Wyze Video Doorbell Firmware

For the best Wyze Video Doorbell experience, we recommend you keep your firmware up-to-date. 

To update your Wyze Video Doorbell:

  1. In the Wyze app, tap Home, then your Wyze Video Doorbell.
  2. Tap the Settings SettingsGear__1_.png icon on the top right.
  3. Tap Device Info > Firmware Version > Update.
    • Don't see Update? You're already up to date! 

Tip: Update multiple Wyze devices at once in the Wyze app by going to Account > Firmware Upgrade and tap Upgrade All.
