Problem

Your Wyze Robot Vacuum won't turn on, and the status lights don't light up.

Troubleshooting

When Wyze Robot Vacuum won't turn on, and is unresponsive to the app, then the battery level is too low. Pick up the vacuum and manually connect it to the charging station to charge. Once fully charged, you should be all set to continue.

Note: When not in use, keep your Wyze Robot Vacuum connected to the charging station.
