Our team is investigating this issue.

Your issue: In the Wyze app, the status (cleaning, charging, etc.) remains the same. For example: It always says "Cleaning" even when it's not currently cleaning.

Our team is aware of this issue and is investigating the cause. This article will be updated as we gather more information on a fix. Stay tuned!
