Wyze Video Doorbell is wired, but the status light isn't lit up or flashing yellow. This means the doorbell is not receiving power.
Review the installation instructions in the app and make sure that:
- Power to the doorbell is ON at your electrical panel.
- The connection to your mechanical chime box is secure.
- The connection between the extension wires and power terminals to the back of the doorbell are secure.
- There are no loose ends or shortcuts in the wiring.
