Problem
While going through the guided setup for Wyze Thermostat, the wires weren't automatically detected. You want to configure the wires manually instead.
Solution:
The wire detection feature may not work well for some HVAC systems if they do not provide feedback signals during setup.
If you are certain that the wires are firmly inserted into the correct terminals, you can skip the wire detection procedure by clicking Try again in the Wyze app twice. The app will allow you to continue with testing the system.
